2NE1 bbs [15 Jul 2009|11:49pm] misatojaganshi ( cutie pics ) Bom, Dara, CL and Minzy OH hay I haven't posted about my bbs 2NE1! Their debut album came out uh last week lol I can't remember. To me it had its good and bad points, the good bein that it really showcased their vocal skills and incredible harmonies, the bad it had songs called In the Club and Let's go party that are mellow and aren't club bangers ... wtf?? D: Talk about misleading! In fact In the Club sounds quite depressing lol but the vocals are really beautiful. None of the songs live up to the awesomeness and tempo of Fire~ I'm still really into that song even though I've heard it like 50 times haha. Their second single was the catchy I don't care, the video is horribly edited and its hard to tell what's going on and the cuts are too quick and make you dizzy D: They need a better choreographer and I think a lot of the songs on their debut are too soft to really dance too, except Pretty Boy! Which was hard to get into at first because it reminded me a lot of Hollaback Girl, its addictive as hell though. This is the 4th song they're promoting! Lollipop counts as their first I believe but this summer they're going to be performing Fire, I Don't care and Pretty Boy. Oh anyway the other songs on the album, Let's go Party is growing on me, I like the effect on the chorus but still a bit of a mellow song, and Stay Together totally sounds like a Big Bang song ahha. Debut mini album artwork scans The Queen CL! I love her! I think she's really amazing and one of those people who have genuine star quality! She can rap and sing really well and has a great in your face attitude that doesn't come across as fake. In this BTS thing called 2NE1 TV that YG entertainment released their producers talk about them and Teddy was most impressed by CL haha. She's like the only Korean female pop star I find sexy ahaha, the rest of them do all those weird bend over and shake their butts move that doesn't really work cuz idk the real sentiment and sensuality isn't there but CL pulls that off, maybe because she seems so in charge and not doing it cuz some guys are making her D: hahaa.
